1. Overview
Faceless Content Agency (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides content creation, editing, YouTube channel management, and digital marketing services focused on faceless brand building. By working with us, you agree to the following terms.
2. Payment Terms
All services require 100% advance payment before any work begins.
Payments are collected through secure payment gateways and invoices will be issued upon confirmation.
For monthly retainers, invoices are sent 5 days before renewal, and non-payment results in paused services.
Custom project pricing (beyond packages) must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the creative and time-sensitive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once work has started or content has been delivered.
If a refund is issued (under rare exceptions), it will be minus any costs incurred or time already spent.
4. Revisions
Each plan includes a limited number of revisions (outlined in your package).
Revision requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
Additional revisions beyond the included number will be billed separately.
5. Turnaround Times
Standard delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days per deliverable, depending on the service tier.
Delays caused by late client responses, feedback, or missing materials are not the responsibility of the agency.
6. Content Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own the final videos and deliverables.
We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio, unless you request in writing not to.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, access to necessary accounts (YouTube, Google Drive, etc.), and any branding assets required.
Failure to do so may delay the project timeline or affect the final quality.
8. Cancellations & Pauses
Ongoing services (monthly retainers) require a 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel or pause.
No partial refunds will be issued for canceled work that has already been initiated or delivered.
9. Legal Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding monetization, viral success, or platform growth. Our work is based on best practices, but algorithmic and market changes are outside our control.
10. Communication
All communication should be through official channels (email, Notion, Slack, etc.).

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Policies at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
